Starting at the age of 13, I began working up from a dishwasher in a Beachfront hotel and resort to 20 years later, Opening and Directing Private Hotels, Resorts and F&B Venues Internationally and at home. 

 I have worked in every aspect of Hospitality, from dishwashing,cook, prep, saucier, garmeger, Bartender, Bouncer, Server, FOH Manager, Head Chef, FishMonger, Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Director, Multiple unit-Restaurant Manager and beyond…

  During the COVID years, I managed and directed the3 Largest events on the planet, in both Food and beverage and staffing. Directing over 4500 employees and Servicing over 3 Million guests as a F&B director for the US racing via Compass-levy-Americrown group, I flew around the country directing and operating the largest events with crowds in the 2 to 300,000 Daily attendance.  VIP clients ranging from Presidents, team owners, Michael Jordan and above…
